Turbosmart Kompact BOV Adaptor Kit to Suit Toyota 1JZGTE VVTI Engines

This kit includes a custom made adaptor flange as well as a 28mm fitting allowing the addition of a Turbosmart Kompact Dual Port or Plumb Back BOV to be bolted onto the factory 1JZ-GTE VVTi. Direct bolt on fitment!

The Kompact Dual Port vents both to the atmosphere and back into the air intake. Ports with sequential timing allow quieter operation during normal driving, while still offering the performance and sound of a vent-to-atmosphere BOV when the going gets harder. The Kompact Plumb Back plumbs all air back into the intake piping.

The standard blow-off valves on these cars have very poorly designed internals, unlike the highly durable machined billet construction of the Kompact BOV series by Turbosmart. The standard valves are often not up to the task due to light internal spring pressure causing boost leakage. This prevents the turbo from reaching its full potential, robbing you of performance. In testing we found the duty cycle on some vehicles boost controllers had to be adjusted by 14% which is great gains.

With its anodised billet aluminium body and lightweight alloy piston, the Kompact offers extreme durability, superior response and excellent boost holding capability for its size.
